Our leadership team have a strong governance background.

Our clinical teams must meet all our recruitment requirements providing evidence for all qualifications and experience, including references, DBS checks, mandatory training, as well as undergoing an interview process. All our consultants have GMC specialist registration, all nurses have NMC registration and are experienced in the relevant clinical setting.
Our caring and professional clinicians take a person centred approach and to ensure that we are continuously improving on our commitment to this, we take and review regular feedback from both patients and clinicians.
We are passionate about continuous learning and development. Our leadership team coach and mentor our clinical and management teams to support them to have more fulfilling roles. Leading to greater workforce satisfaction and retention.
