Andy Bacon – Medical Director
Has been a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals for over 10 years. During this time, he led the department of neurosurgery for 7 years before moving on to become the clinical lead for service improvement within the trust. Mr Bacon also has an advanced role in Clinical Governance as a Medical Quality Lead for the trust.
Whilst working in Sheffield Mr Bacon has been instrumental in developing and delivering a neurosurgical service to support the Major Trauma Centre at The Northern General Hospital. He also has an interest in Day Case surgery and introduced Day Case Spinal Surgery to the region.
As a consultant surgeon Mr Bacon has a keen interest in education and training. He has been voted ‘trainer of the year’ by the medical students at The University of Sheffield.
Irfan Tariq – Director of Strategy
Irfan is a highly experienced pharmacist with a career spanning over 20 years. He has served in various roles, including a recent position at NHS England, where he specialised in national pharmacy commissioning. He played a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of pharmacy services and overseeing the commissioning of Quality Improvement programmes.
He has extensive knowledge in clinical governance, having collaborated closely with regulatory bodies such as the General Pharmaceutical Council and Care Quality Commission. His aim has always been to ensure that clinicians delivering NHS services meet and uphold high-quality standards. Throughout his career, he has successfully recruited, managed, and led clinical teams across multiple sites to provide exceptional healthcare services within the NHS.
Irfan has established his own healthcare business. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he made significant contributions by developing COVID vaccination services in diverse settings. These settings included NHS Trusts, primary care facilities, community centres, schools, care homes, and even patients’ own homes. His work has directly led to the vaccination of over 350,000 people across the North West.


Imran Ali – Managing Director
Is a highly accomplished NHS dentist with a wealth of experience in creating and managing successful clinical teams. With his exceptional dental skills, leadership abilities, and focus on patient care, he has become a respected and trusted professional in his field.
Dr Ali embarked on his dental career after earning his Bachelor of Dentistry degree from the University of Liverpool. He then joined a renowned NHS dental clinic where he honed his clinical expertise and passion for patient-centred care. His commitment to excellence led him to pursue advanced training and education providing mentorship to newly qualified dentists.
Recognised for his exceptional abilities, Dr. Ali currently leads a dental team at a thriving NHS clinic. With his exemplary management and organisational skills, he has successfully created a cohesive and efficient team that consistently provides top-quality care to patients.
Dr. Ali firmly believes that a well-functioning team is the backbone of any successful surgical environment. As a visionary leader, he employs a collaborative approach, fostering a positive work environment, and encouraging open communication.
